A San Francisco native and one of Marin’s most trusted and connected agents, Tina is passionate about the history and quality of life that define this County. She was instrumental in preserving the bike path from Corte Madera to Larkspur, and her work on several non-profit boards, including Marin Theater Company, Ritter Center, and Board President of the exceptional art deco Lark Theater, underscores her commitment to the community. As a former teacher, Tina has the ability to walk clients through complex information with clarity and ease. She and her husband, Richard Rubenstein, a neurologist, live in Larkspur.
Victoria Love

Victoria comes from a real estate family in New York City and has broad experience in home design and renovation. She earned two degrees from Columbia University. Her work experience in luxury brand marketing translates into innovative and stylish marketing initiatives for our clients. With a graduate degree in psychology, Victoria is adept at strategic negotiations and uniquely skilled at guiding clients through what can be an emotional process. She and her husband, Greg Rowan, a creative director, have children who attended public and private schools in both Marin and San Francisco.
A Marin County native and former high school history teacher, Lanie holds BA and Master’s degrees from the University of Southern California. Well-connected, resourceful and diligent, she is responsible for coordinating all listings as well as assisting buyers and sellers. Lanie is part of a tight-knit family and lives in San Rafael with her husband, Ryan, a Deputy District Attorney, and their two children on the same block where she grew up.

Craig Swanson is a dedicated and experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in residential real estate sales, property development, and design consulting. Many of his clients' homes have been featured in national design publications. He has a passion for helping clients navigate luxury property transactions with care and confidence.
Originally the Kansas farm country, Craig earned his MBA in Paris, France, and has called the Bay Area home for 35 years. He lives Kentfield with his husband and their two French bulldogs. Beyond his real estate career, Craig is committed to giving back through his work with Home for a Home, where he helps build homes for families in need.
Lily Turner

A design professional and Bay Area native, Lily has extensive experience in graphic design, interior design, and creative project management. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Chapman University in Orange County. She then pursued a career in design with Restoration Hardware where she led the design and development of all dining items for almost three years. In looking to blend her talents in marketing and design, Lily joined the McArthur Love Team and embraces every listing with the utmost creative and strategic thinking to deliver the most effective marketing plan for each client. Living in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, her immediate family lives in Larkspur, making Marin her true second home. Lily is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys taking advantage of all that Marin has to offer.

A native New Yorker, Sarita Tuders thrives in a fast-paced environment. She is a real estate veteran with more than 25 years of experience supporting top-producing teams and has worked with the McArthur Love Team for the last 10 years. Sarita is instrumental in helping us with our marketing initiatives and is often boots-on-the-ground, meeting inspectors and doing what is necessary to make the team run efficiently.
Michele Rocksberg
Transaction Coordinator
Michele Rocksberg began working in real estate in 2001 as a licensed real estate assistant and transaction coordinator. Michele brings a strong knowledge base of required disclosure documents and is consistently keeping informed with the real estate laws that help protect buyers and sellers. She is a dedicated, detail-oriented member of the team that has a technical background and is extremely organized.
